Nature Hates Me

So, I went camping this weekend.

Apparently nature hates me.

Sunny skies, beautiful weather, all that you could wish for. Sounds nice, doesn't it? Well, that was the forecast. What I got was somewhat different.

3 days of solid rain. My fuel ended up freezing. I ate beef jerky and chocolate for most of my meals. I was wearing 4 bloody layers of polypropylene and fleece. My tent soaked through.

And then, on the last day, it was absolutely beautiful.

So, who wants to help me set fire to a significant portion of western Canada?

oh man.. that bites!
i like burning stuff, count me in.

but ya know, chocolate and beef jerky doesn't sound all that bad
chocolate good. beef jerky good.
but i suppose there can be too much of a good thing
