Did you know, if you make one post a day. You can feed an entire African village for a week. Yes, tis true. Don't believe me,  this is what Dr. Fizzgerald said "I eat the human soul" and that came from the mouth of a doctor. And heres another testimoney from a from a robot, "Beep, beep, DESTROY ALL HUMANS."

So I figured, I would get one these fancy dancy front-page blog things. For those that end reading this, I must fore warn you, that my grammar and spelling is horrible and none, if not a few of my blogs will have any meaniful point. So, I must go and froclik around now.

No, I'm not leaving. Not permanently, anyway. I'm going on a trip.

A 7-week long trip.

I'm going to be heading to a Lake of the Woods camp to pack out, prep the canoes, and generally get set. I return to Winnipeg for 1 night (1 night of internet, thank god), and get bussed out next morning. For the next 6 weeks, I am going to be in one of 4 canoes with 8 other guys, paddling down said river. It's going to be bloody awesome. Read more »

Writers Bloc is a brilliant album.

In my own rating... 8.6/10. It's great whethere you're sober, drunk, high or "trippin' balls son!"

Personal Experience: I turned on the "ambience to the beat to the music" thing, and listened to the album, and boy, I was dazed and crazed that night!

Also it's really good for biking, so you can keep the beat up.

For people who are afraid of new music, Peter Bjorn and John are sort of softer, less pitchy Bloc Party. Read more »

So, I went camping this weekend.

Apparently nature hates me.

Sunny skies, beautiful weather, all that you could wish for. Sounds nice, doesn't it? Well, that was the forecast. What I got was somewhat different.

3 days of solid rain. My fuel ended up freezing. I ate beef jerky and chocolate for most of my meals. I was wearing 4 bloody layers of polypropylene and fleece. My tent soaked through.
